Voguish Gifts + Homewares will happily exchange, provide store credit or a refund on your purchase if the item ordered is faulty or not right for you - please see condition of our Returns Policy below:
Returns Policy
We will happily exchange, provide store credit or a full refund if your item is faulty. We will exchange an item if it is not right for you (providing its in its original condition and packaging), but we can not refund a 'change of mind' purchase.
For a refund, please bring the item into the store during opening hours or contact us via adele@voguishdesign.com.au and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. Items returned outside of the 7 day window are not eligible for a refund.
If the item needs to be posted, the refund amount will be less the shipping charges and only once all items are returned in original condition. All returns are at the expense of the customer and we recommend you use a trackable courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
All refunds will be via original payment method only.
Proof of purchase is required.
To be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
There is no exchange or return on sale items.
If you can not visit us in store, please contact us at adele@voguishdesign.com.au to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve this for you. If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us at adele@voguishdesign.com.au
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), earrings and personal care goods (lipstick, nail polish, beauty products) cannot be returned if opened/used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns via email adele@voguishdesign.com.au
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
